Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell weighing machines.
Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly to customers.
Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally.
Maintain customer database with updated contact and follow-up details.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and field visits.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing / inside sales.
Good communication skills in [English / Tamil / Hindi – as applicable].
Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Experience in the weighing machine / electronics / industrial products sector is an advantage.
