Make outbound calls to potential customers for Business Loan products through the DSA channel.
Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, OD/CC.
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Follow up with interested customers to close leads and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
Ensure compliance with company and lending partner policies.
