Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives based on performance

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives who can connect with business owners (Interior Designers, Retailers, Dealers, Contractors) to introduce our platform, explain our services, and onboard them as premium clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, sales drive, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to interior and sanitary business owners to explain our platform and offerings.

• Identify prospects’ needs and match them with suitable Interior Bazzar plans.

• Handle inbound leads and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team goals.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing ability in Hindi & English (other regional languages are a plus).

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, listing platforms, or B2B sales.

• Strong follow-up discipline and goal-oriented mindset.

• Computer proficiency — Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.

• Self-motivated, confident, and team player.

Ideal Candidate
