We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily administrative, operational, and business activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
Assist in follow-ups, project tracking, and documentation.
Handle personal and professional tasks as assigned by the Director.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
