We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, explain our business model, and convert leads into active sellers. You will play a key role in driving revenue and supporting clients throughout their onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and explain Saumic Craft’s dropshipping & wholesale model.
Understand customer requirements and guide them through our onboarding process.
Follow a structured sales script and pitch the benefits of joining Saumic Craft.
Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and CRM entries (if applicable).
Share product details, videos, PDFs, and results with interested clients.
Follow up consistently with warm leads to close the sale.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + basic English).
Confident, energetic, and persuasive speaking abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is preferred.
