We are seeking a confident and customer-focused TeleSales Executive who can handle outbound calling, generate leads, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Maintain follow-ups with interested customers for closing.
Update and maintain call records in CRM/software.
Handle customer objections, inquiries, and feedback politely.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain good communication and a positive customer experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.
Experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply).
