Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive arguments.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Follow up with potential clients through calls and emails.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Perform market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress while remaining courteous.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Familiarity with sales techniques like upselling and cross-selling.
