We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote services, generate marketing leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident telephone manner, and the ability to meet or exceed marketing targets.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services.
Answer questions about service, pricing, or company information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Handle customer objections professionally and close deals.
Maintain call logs, reports, and notes on interactions.
Work closely with the marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a telemarketer, marketing representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Good data entry and computer skills (CRM experience a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Office-based.
