A Tele sales Team Leader is responsible for managing and generating a telesales to achieve sales targets, ensuring call quality, and reporting performance metrics. They act as the bridge between management and tele sales agents, driving both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Supervise tele sales representatives, set clear goals, and ensure targets are met. on sales by conversion of the calls with good strike rate
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and customer engagement.
Performance Monitoring: Track call time, call quality, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Co ordinate and Distribute Samples and Brochures to the customers on prospecting
Conversion of the leads received threw various medias.
Customer Handling: Resolve escalated issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
Collaboration: Work with other departments (marketing, operations) to optimize sales processes.
Required Skills

Leadership: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage effectively.
Sales Expertise: Knowledge of tele sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
