We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to manage and drive an inside sales team. The role is completely office-based, focusing on telecalling sales, lead management, team performance, and closures—with no field work or site visits required.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives
Allocate and manage leads generated from digital marketing and portals
Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Guide the team on pitch, objection handling, and deal closures
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and site-visit coordination teams
Handle escalated or high-value client discussions from the office
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Excellent communication and closing abilities (Hindi)
Proven experience in real estate inside sales or tele-sales
Target-driven mindset with analytical ability
