
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR documentation
Maintain employee records, MIS reports, and HR dashboards
Lead and guide HR recruiters/executives
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning
Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Help build a positive work culture and improve retention
Assist in performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
