We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our Car Loan department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, overseeing daily operations, setting and achieving loan sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Team Leader will also be expected to monitor team performance, provide training and guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of car loan products, and the ability to motivate and drive a team towards consistent performance are essential for this role. Prior experience in banking or NBFC sectors related to auto loans is preferred.

Key Responsibilities of Team Leader – Car Loan Department:

1. Team Management:

   • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives.

   • Allocate targets and track individual/team performance regularly.

2. Sales & Target Achievement:

   • Drive car loan sales and ensure monthly targets are met.

   • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase loan disbursement.

3. Customer Handling:

   • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information.

   • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues quickly.

4. Training & Development:

   • Train new and existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

5. Market Analysis:

   • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements in sales strategy.

6. Documentation & Compliance:

   • Ensure that loan applications are processed as per policy.

   • Verify documents and maintain audit-ready records.

7. Coordination:

   • Coordinate with dealerships, branches, and backend processing teams.

8. Reporting:

   • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and loan disbursement status.
