BN Ayurveda is hiring a Team Leader – Sales who will be responsible for individual sales as well as team sales performance for Ayurvedic medicines related to White Spot (Vitiligo). The candidate should be target-driven and capable of leading from the front.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and convert leads into sales
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
Handle customer queries related to White Spot (Vitiligo) Ayurvedic medicines
Support team members in closing deals and handling objections
Maintain daily sales reports, call reports, and performance data
Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and process
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies
Proven experience in sales + team handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of White Spot (Vitiligo) products will be an advantage
Ability to close sales and guide team members to do the same
Fluency in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated
Capable of handling both individual contributor and team leader responsibilities
