Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce them to real estate offerings, and gauge their interest.
Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters.
Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify leads and direct them to appropriate property options.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed.
Maintain Database: Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems.
Sales Support: Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions.
Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
