Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Identify and qualify leads based on the company s target customer profile.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches highlighting the value of our products/services.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team lead generation targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and scripts.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
