We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in growing our client base. This is an Inside Sales role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals over calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant gifting solutions.
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and close deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Manage and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly.
Target-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
