Position: Telecalling Executive – B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote our insurance and financial products.
Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain and update client databases and call records.
Build rapport with prospects and identify opportunities for sales conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B telecalling or inside sales.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and persuasive with good interpersonal skills.
