We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive (Admission Counselor) who will be responsible for converting leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, be goal-oriented, and able to guide students toward the right career and educational path.
Lead Conversion:
Follow up with prospective leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective sales and counseling techniques.
Student Counseling:
Understand students' academic background and career goals to suggest suitable programs.
Explain course details, fee structure, career benefits, and future scope clearly.
Sales Target Achievement:
Work proactively to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools or Excel trackers.
Follow-up & Coordination:
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential candidates.
Coordinate with internal departments (training, operations, support) for smooth onboarding.
Documentation & Reporting:
Assist students in application processes and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, calls made, and admissions done.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, etc.)
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
