Identify potential clients for stay packages, day outings, and membership plans.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Explain resort offerings, pricing, packages, and benefits clearly.
Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, or site visits for clients.
Negotiate rates and close deals as per guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel partners, event planners, and regular guests.
Follow up with old clients for repeat and referral business.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities in the hospitality/travel sector.
Promote seasonal offers, corporate tie-ups, and wedding/event packages.
Track competitor pricing and market trends.
Coordinate with reservations, front office, and events teams for smooth bookings.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain sales reports, client database, and payment follow-ups.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience (hotel/resort/tourism preferred).
