The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
