Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Justdial’s products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about listings and subscription plans.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or packages.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up promptly.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with team leaders and report daily activities and performance updates.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English mandatory; regional language is a plus).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Days: 6 days a week
