A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through telephone calls by reaching out to potential and existing customers. The role involves presenting products or services, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a positive sales experience.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow up on leads.
Maintain and update customer database with call details and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and report on the progress of sales opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Prior telesales / tele calling experience is an advantage.
Fluency in English, Hindi, or local languages depending on market needs.
Office-based role using phone and computer systems.
May involve rotational shifts depending on business requirements.
