Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Remote/Work from Home

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed + Performance-based)

We are seeking motivated and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication, goal-driven, and passionate about sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided data
Pitch our products/services clearly and convincingly
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Close sales and ensure follow-up for deal completion
Maintain a record of calls and sales performance
Flexible Working Hours: Work on your own schedule
Prohibition Period: 1 week (Trial basis)
Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 2 deals must be closed during the prohibition period to qualify as a suitable candidate
Offer Letter: Will be issued upon successful completion of the prohibition period
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
Performance-Based Bonus:
5–10 deals/month: ₹10,000
10–15 deals/month: ₹15,000
15–20 deals/month: ₹20,000
Incentives: Additional bonuses for high performance and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Prior sales or telesales experience preferred, but not mandatory
Note: This role is performance-driven. Only candidates who close at least 2 deals during the 1-week prohibition period will be considered for a permanent role and eligible for the offer letter.
