Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our salon team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, scheduling appointments, promoting services, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone. The role demands excellent communication skills, a polite and convincing tone, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls, answering queries related to services, offers, packages, pricing, and appointment availability.
Follow up with clients for appointment reminders, service feedback, and ongoing promotions.
Coordinate with the front desk and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in a salon, spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of salon services and client management systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in maintaining records via CRM software or Excel.
