Generate leads through various marketing channels, networking, and referrals.
Meet potential clients, understand their property requirements, and offer suitable options.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client follow-ups.
Negotiate deals and close property sales to meet monthly targets.
Maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and property owners.
Prepare and maintain client databases and sales reports.
Stay updated with current market trends and property values.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Knowledge of local property market preferred.
Own vehicle and smartphone required.
