We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Alsa Software. This role involves managing existing customer and generate new leads .Get a salary of ₹10000 - ₹12000 ( No Target for the post ) along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling our Existing Customers for Software Renewal and update the software.
Generate New Leads
Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is commerce background with Computer Knowledge with Mail, Excel, word, Candidates having TallyPrime Accounting Software 1st preference and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
