We are looking for a Telecaller who can efficiently handle client communication, manage sales follow-ups, and maintain production and order records with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients, distributors, and vendors regarding orders, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Handle inbound customer calls, provide product and pricing information, and assist with order coordination.

• Maintain detailed records of client communications, orders, and dispatches using MS Excel and internal databases.

• Coordinate between the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely processing of orders.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to calls, sales, and production updates.

• Support telesales activities, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and data management.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular and professional communication.

• Experience with Indiamart. (Optional)

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, or related field).

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or client coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or gifting sector.

• Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.

  • Good knowledge of computers, email handling, and basic CRM tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
