We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bank Loan Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and explain various bank loan products. The role involves understanding customer needs, generating leads, and ensuring successful loan conversions while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote bank loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and vehicle loans.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms.
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the loan application process.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call and lead information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer doubts promptly.
Coordinate with sales, verification, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
Experience: 0 years in telecalling, loan sales, or customer service
(freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
