We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships to achieve sales or service targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Record customer feedback and report it to the team lead or manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and offers.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Local language].
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
