Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller (Outbound) to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, explain offers, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers as per the provided data

• Explain products, services, or offers clearly and politely

• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses

• Handle customer objections and provide correct information

• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)

• Basic knowledge of computers and calling systems

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Work Timings:

• Full-time / Part-time (as per company requirement)
