Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer support. The role involves making outbound calls, presenting solutions to clients, and maintaining a database of potential and existing clients while achieving sales targets and offering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients
Customer Service and Customer Support experience to ensure a positive client experience
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is a plus
Prior experience in telesales or a related role is advantageous
