Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in telesales/customer support preferred (but not mandatory).
