Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound queries, generating leads, and providing product/service information to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

·        Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

·        Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and convert them into revenue.

·        Maintain customer records in the system and update information regularly.

·        Follow up with customers on inquiries, complaints, and pending responses.

·        Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

·        Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.

·        Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
