Position: Tele Counsellor

Location: Kurnool

About the Role We are hiring Tele Counsellors to engage with students aspiring for international education. You will be the first point of contact, guiding students with information, answering their queries, and motivating them to visit our office for personalized counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel prospective students regarding overseas study options.

• Provide clear and accurate information while handling student queries.

• Convert calls into office walk-ins.

• Follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp/SMS.

• Coordinate with counsellors to ensure successful conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum Undergraduate degree required.

• Good communication skills in English + at least one regional language (Hindi or Telugu).

• Freshers welcome to apply.

• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.

• Immediate joiners only.

• Strictly work from the office (No WFH/Remote).
