We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and selling products or services over the phone, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets Get a salary of ₹14000 - ₹18000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, handling inquiries and objections, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in a CRM system.  

• Outbound calls:

  Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to promote products or services. 

• Sales and promotion:

  Present product features and benefits, upsell additional products, and close sales to meet quotas. 

• Customer relationship management:

  Build and maintain relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support. 

• Lead generation and qualification:

  Generate new leads by calling potential customers and directing hot leads to the field sales team. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks,convincing skills , good communication skills .
