We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller for our education services team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, converting enquiries, and providing information about our courses/programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students and parents towards suitable educational solutions.
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain available courses or programs.
Handle inbound enquiries and maintain professional follow-up until conversion.
Understand student requirements and guide them with appropriate course recommendations.
Maintain and update CRM records with call details, feedback, and follow-up status.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Build good relationships with leads to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for smooth enrolment processes.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional activities.
