We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Sankalp Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers who have shown interest in personal or business loans through our online campaigns.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly and confidently.
Collect basic information, such as income, bank name, and existing loan details for eligibility verification.
Follow up with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to collect documents and complete loan files.
Update lead details and call status regularly in CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team and partner NBFCs for loan processing updates.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for leads contacted, interested customers, and disbursals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI telecalling / DSA / NBFC / credit card or loan process.
Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly tone on calls.
Basic understanding of personal loans, business loans, or the lending process.
Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Business for daily updates.
