Job Summary:

We are hiring a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and providing product/service information to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.

• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular contact.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM, Excel, etc.).

• Handle inquiries politely and professionally.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.

• Support the sales/marketing team as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication skills in [languages – e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].

• Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and persuasive skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
