About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our University Admissions team. The ideal candidate will handle student inquiries, follow up on leads, and guide prospective students through the admission process with accuracy, clarity, and a student-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding university programs.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Convert leads into walk-ins, applications, and admissions.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
Build a strong understanding of university programs to counsel students effectively.
Coordinate with the Admissions & Marketing team for events, seminars, and campaigns.
Assist students in completing application forms and document submissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly call targets, lead conversion goals, and admission numbers.
Provide timely feedback and insights from students/market to improve communication campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional local languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and student-friendly attitude.
Ability to explain courses and career pathways clearly.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Target-driven mindset with good follow-up habits.
