Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Record customer details, feedback, and interactions in the system.
• Follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with team members to improve call performance and conversion rates.
• Adhere to company guidelines and ensure quality standards in every call.
Requirements
• Age between 20 to 30 years.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Good listening skills, patience, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
