Job Title: Tele Caller / Sales Caller

📍 Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
🕘 Shift: Full-Time | Night Shift
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking confident and energetic Tele Callers / Sales Callers to manage outbound sales calls and inbound customer queries. The role involves lead generation, client conversion, and delivering a professional customer experience.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads

• Present and explain company services effectively

• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities

• Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details

• Achieve individual and team-based monthly targets

• Build strong and long-term client relationships  priors

🎯Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

• Fluency in spoken English

• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in night shifts

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience: 6months-1years

Freshers are welcome (prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage)
