We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote educational courses and convert leads into admissions. The role involves counseling prospective students, explaining course offerings, and achieving enrollment targets through outbound and inbound calling.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries related to courses, fees, batches, and career opportunities
Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interests and career goals
Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with academic and admission teams for smooth enrollment
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and admission drives
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email, WhatsApp)
Ability to handle objections and close admissions
Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
1–3 years experience in telesales / admission counseling / education sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
