MJ Sarvise is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, handling customer queries, and contributing to the company’s growth through effective communication and lead conversion, the position offers a salary of In Hand Salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.

• Explain and promote MJ Sarvise’s services in a clear and effective manner.

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.

• Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred). and Experience Range 0 to 1 year . Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but freshers can also apply.
