Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers across India.
Explain products/services in a clear and effective manner (in Hindi, English, or regional languages).
Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Report feedback and issues to the supervisor or manager.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Regional language is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
Confidence and a positive attitude
Active listening and customer handling skills
Ability to handle rejections and objections
Time management and target orientation
Team player with a problem-solving mindset
