Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to help customers find the right insurance plans for their needs. You will talk with clients, explain insurance options, and help them choose the best coverage for their budget and lifestyle.
Talk to customers to understand their insurance needs.
Explain different insurance plans (like health, life, car, or home insurance) in a simple way.
Recommend suitable plans and answer questions clearly.
Prepare and process insurance applications.
Follow up with clients to complete paperwork or renew policies.
Meet monthly or quarterly sales goals.
Keep customer information organized and up to date.
High school diploma (college degree is a plus).
Good communication and listening skills.
Friendly, confident, and patient personality.
Basic computer skills.
Sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
Must have or be willing to get an insurance sales license (depending on company and location).
Office-based, remote, or fieldwork depending on the company.
May involve phone calls, meetings, or online consultations.
Usually includes a base salary plus commission for each sale.
