*Urgent Hiring For Agent Tele Sales in Tata Capital**Job Description**Job Title: Outbound Calling Agent – Tele Sales**Location: Whitefield, Bangalore**Experience: Fresher Age Limit: Up to 30 years**Education:-**10th + 12th, OR**10th + 3-Year Diploma, OR**Any Graduate CIBIL Score: Minimum 650**Compensation: ₹21,000/- (Net Take Home for Freshers) + Mediclaim Coverage up to ₹5 Lakhs**Job Summary**We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Calling Agents to join our dynamic NBFC sales team. As part of the Tele Sales department, you will connect with potential and existing customers to promote a range of financial products and services, including loans and related offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.**Key Responsibilities**Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.**Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.**Present and promote financial products effectively, articulating their features and benefits to prospective customers.**Achieve sales targets by closing leads and converting inquiries into successful sales.**Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.**Maintain accurate and updated sales records, customer information, and performance metrics in the CRM system.**Stay up to date on product offerings, financial trends, and competitor activities to better position the company’s solutions in the market.**Handle customer queries in a professional manner and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.**Requirements**Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).**Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.**Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**Good adaptability and willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.**Preferred Skills**Prior experience in Outbound Sales or Call Center operations within the Banking or Non-Banking Financial (NBFC) sector will be an added advantage.**Compensation & Benefits**Net Take Home Salary: ₹21,000/- per month (for freshers)**Mediclaim Coverage: Up to ₹5 Lakhs**How to Apply**Interested candidates can share their resumes via WhatsApp at:-*📞 7838904168**Thanks & Regards,*HR – Tareekat Ali📞 Call: 7838904168*
