Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally. Freshers with strong speaking skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers to generate leads or close sales.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.

• Maintain professionalism and customer-centric communication at all times.
  
  Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi or English (both preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM usage).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Confident, polite, and patient while interacting with customers.
