Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Student Counselor – Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students and guiding them towards the right career path through ICA’s training programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Call newly assigned leads within 5 to 15 minutes of generation to ensure quick engagement.

• Understand the student's educational background, career goals, and interests.

• Provide accurate information about ICA courses, career outcomes, and training modules.

• Help students choose the most suitable course based on their profile and aspirations.

• Encourage and align walk-in appointments at the nearest ICA center.

• Maintain detailed call records, lead remarks, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

• Submit daily reports and call recordings as per company policy.

• Coordinate with local ICA center teams to track and confirm walk-ins and conversions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service is a plus.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Must be punctual, proactive, and target-driven.
