• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 1 - 4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in any language. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
