​Job Title:Telecaller / Visa Counselor Executive

​Location:Mohali

​Job Summary:

​We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients who have expressed interest in moving abroad. Your primary goal is to educate leads on visa options, qualify their eligibility, and schedule expert consultations for our senior visa consultants.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential leads from our database.

​Client Counseling: Provide basic information regarding different visa categories such as Study Visa, PR (Permanent Residency)and Tourist Visas.

​Eligibility Assessment: Conduct initial screening of candidates based on their age, education, work experience, and language proficiency.

​Appointment Setting: Convince and schedule interested candidates for detailed face-to-face or virtual consultations with our Senior Visa Experts.

​Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with "warm" leads to ensure high conversion rates.

​

​Key Requirements & Skills

​Education: High school diploma or Graduate (preferred).

​Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi. Must have a clear and professional speaking voice.

​Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of immigration processes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, or Europe (training usually provided).

​Soft Skills: High patience level, active listening, and the ability to handle objections or rejection gracefully.
